- We will build a huge public park on his land with large green areas of up to 14 million square meters.
The garden has full recreational facilities for example:
- Walkways for walking.
- Dedicated cycling routes and family-friendly councils.
- Children’s spaces, cafes, restaurants, and various other services.
- We will continue to work hard to make this park a big green lung through which Istanbul can breathe.
- We will turn this place into a large public theme park with unparalleled views of the Sea of Marmara.
The first stage has already been achieved.
- The first phase has already begun at the beginning of 2020.
- Tender applications for the demolition of what was previously constructed and all that was given to the frame were completed.
- The tender value was 1,950,000 TL, including tax.
- The park includes exhibitions and galleries as well as museums of Turkish science, technology, and history.

Environment Minister Mourad Korum confirmed in his earlier statement on this subject by saying:
- We have just started a project through which we aim to create at least one large park in each state of Turkey.
